Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the billing portal. When upgrading, you get access to new features immediately and are charged a prorated amount.

What counts as a conversation?

Each widget chat session started by a visitor counts as one conversation. A session ends when the visitor closes the widget or after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Is there a free trial?

The Starter plan comes with a 15-day free trial — no credit card required. The Free plan is available permanently with no time limit.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first month of any paid plan. See our Refund Policy for details.

What payment methods do you accept?

What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
