1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with foxreply.ai. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances in which you may request a refund and how the process works. By purchasing a paid subscription, you agree to this policy.

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles tax compliance and payment processing on our behalf.


2. Free Trial

The Starter plan includes a 15-day free trial. During the trial period:

  • No credit card is required to start.
  • You have full access to all Starter plan features.
  • If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan — you will never be charged without your explicit consent.
  • Each account is eligible for one free trial, non-transferable.

Because the trial is completely free and requires no payment, it is not subject to the money-back guarantee described below.


3. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge. This guarantee applies to:

  • Your first month of the Starter plan ($19)
  • Your first month of the Pro plan ($49)
  • Your first annual subscription payment

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. No questions asked — just contact us within 7 days of your first charge.


4. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following must apply:

  • The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the charge date.
  • This is your first paid subscription (the guarantee does not apply to renewal charges).
  • Your account is not in violation of our Terms of Service.
  • The refund has not been previously requested for the same subscription.

5. What Is Not Covered

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Renewal charges (monthly or annual) after the first billing cycle
  • Partial months or unused time when downgrading mid-cycle
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • Free plan usage (no charge, no refund applicable)
  • Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window
  • Changes in pricing or features announced with reasonable advance notice

Exceptional circumstances: In exceptional cases (e.g., accidental double billing, technical errors preventing service access), we may at our discretion issue refunds outside this policy. Please contact us and we will review your case.


6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@foxreply.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • The email address associated with your foxreply.ai account
  • The date of the charge
  • The reason for the refund (optional, but helpful for improving our service)

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.


7. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within:

  • Credit / debit card: 5–10 business days
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days
  • Other local payment methods: up to 14 business days

Processing times are determined by your bank or payment provider and are outside our control.


8. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. After cancellation:

  • You retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.
  • Your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the period.
  • Your data (bots, knowledge bases, conversations) is preserved on the Free plan.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless it falls within the 7-day guarantee window.
